I deeply believe that when we tap into the uniqueness of who we are and continually evolve into the truest, highest version of ourselves, we unlock the potential to live our most amazing life. This inner alignment manifests in well-being, meaningful success, and lasting abundance.
Like many founders, I created DIONZ because it’s what I needed. I need to be surrounded by people with brilliant minds and even bigger hearts. People I can introduce to my family, because they are kind, respectful, and humble, and take into any boardroom, because they are doers, builders, and givers. People driven to take on the world’s most complex challenges and committed to co-creating a world where we all thrive. I also wanted to keep learning—deeply and meaningfully—in intimate settings with global leaders on themes like system change and the allocation of capital for positive impact. And I needed access to trusted advice: world-class professionals who not only excel in their fields, but who also lead with integrity, empathy, and character.
